No. One-time customers submit without creating an account. Your analysis is delivered by email. Subscribers get a dashboard for history.
What file types do you accept?
PDF, Word documents (.doc, .docx), and images (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, HEIC). Max 15MB. You can also take a photo with your phone or paste text directly.
How long does analysis take?
Your report is delivered within 4 hours. Monthly subscribers get 2-hour priority and annual subscribers get 1-hour priority.
What's included in the free revision?
If we missed something or you have a follow-up question about the analysis, reply to the delivery email and we'll address it at no charge.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund within 24 hours if analysis hasn't started. 50% refund after delivery if unsatisfied and revision didn't resolve your concern.
